Predator. Seeing as the T-800 Terminator is a part of Mortal Kombat 11, it would not be a stretch for Sarah Connor to be introduced as a kombatant. The Terminator movies that feature Sarah Connor all show that she would be a worthy foe for rest of the Mortal Kombat 11 roster.
It is not unlike Mortal Kombat developers to maintain a theme with their guest characters. For example: Mortal Kombat X had both the Xenomorph from Alien and the Predator from Predator as a thematic reference to Alien vs. There is no telling what property the developers may get a hold of, but there are current guest characters that show where the devs have set their sights.
New Mortal Kombat guest characters have typically been difficult to predict.
